FEATURED PROJECT: Downtown Condo
Four years ago I had the privilege to work with this client to renovate this 110-year-old warehouse. The warehouse was being developed into condominiums and it was a dream project for me. As you can tell from these photos the homeowner wanted an industrial, modern design that featured bold elements in the home, specifically the kitchen. The kitchen featured red high gloss cabinetry that is typical in European design. The modern elements of the home were centered on the stack stoned fireplace and open floor plan throughout the condo. Exposed beams and HVAC gave this home an industrial design feel.
